Dhaka Hazrat Shahjalal airport is the largest and busiest airport in Bangladesh. They operaete around 130-140 flights a day. I have been spotting there for like one-and-the-half-years, and I'll say I've gotten pretty experienced. So today I'll tell you the best spotting locations around Dhaka.
My roof
My primary spot is my roof. From the roof of my house you get a pretty good view of the planes taking off (or if you're lucky you might catch them landing). With a good zoom lens, you can get spectacular photos.

2. Cafe Runway
Cafe Runway is a Cafe right at the foot of runway 14 of the airport. On Fridays, there are a lot of planes landing, so if you're into landing shots, come there (although if you're lucky, you might catch them taking off).

So that, in my humble opinion, are the two best places to spot planes in Dhaka
